Academic Teams - This is a competitive quiz bowl team that competes in 3-4 tournaments throughout the year.
All Youth on Board - This is an organization that encourages the community to live a healthy and positive lifestyle through events, media and public forums.
Anime Club - This club is a gathering of students that like to watch anime and would like to learn about the Japanese art and culture.
Beta Club - Beta Club is a service and academic club designed to give students a broad view of their role as leaders within our school and our community.
Chem Club - This club explores chemistry through experiments and videos. This is a chance to look at chemistry outside of the classroom.
Chess Club - This club is an organization dedicated to the learning and understanding of the game of chess.
Culinary Club - The Fort Mill High School Culinary Club was created to stimulate, foster and promote student interest in the culinary arts. It is our desire to teach different cooking techniques, explore the professional food service industry, and most importantly provide students a fun and creative outlet while developing leadership and cooperation skills. Join and embark on a new culinary adventure, become a foodie, and make new friends. If you are passionate about cooking, consider yourself a "foodie" or want to learn more, join us. Along with your fellow students, learn how to prepare a variety of dishes, pair foods, use utensils and measurements, understand recipes and basic vocabulary, utilize safe cooking methods, and explore what foods/recipes promote healthy living.
Diversity Council - To provide diversity and inclusion intel, resources, ideas and forums for the Fort Mill High School community, additionally, the Diversity Council aims to provide all students (regardless of race, creed) the support they require to be as successful as possible while a Yellow Jacket and beyond. The council welcomes students of any race, ethnicity - to ensure that everyone has a voice.
Equality Club - This club is a gathering of students dedicated to learning more about the issues of social, political, gender, economic, and racial equality and taking steps to help achieve equality for all.
FCCLA - Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a national career and technical student organization for young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences education courses.
FFA - Future Farmers of America makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.
Fort Mill Business Leaders/BPA - Business Professionals of America club is for any student interested in a career in the business world.
HOSA Future Health Professionals - Students must be enrolled in Health Science Description: HOSA’s mission is to promote career opportunities in the healthcare field and to enhance the delivery of quality health care.
Interact Club - Interact club is a Rotary sponsored service organization that strives to better the lives of others in our community, country,and world.
International Club - The International Club focuses on an appreciation for all cultures through the experience of ethnic dining and a variety of cultural activities.
Jackets for Jesus - Two clubs have join together FCA - Fellowship of Christian Athletes and YCI - Youth Commission International. We are focusing on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ.
Key Club - Key Club is a student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to serve, build character, and develop leadership.
Mock Trial Club - Mock Trial is a state and national competition that teaches students public speaking, acting, and courtroom skills. The club will receive a civil or criminal case and present one side of the trial against teams from other schools.
Model UN - Model United Nations is a club that focuses on the debate of international issues from a variety of global perspectives.
National Art Honor Society - National Art Honor Society: Students who have completed at least 1 semester of art, maintain a 3.0 GPA and have an A average in art courses are eligible for NAHS. Members collaborate in art-related community service projects. College scholarship opportunities, national art shows, and leadership opportunities are among the many benefits.
Red Cross Club - We carry out various public service projects (food drives, blood drives etc.) independent from and in conjunction with the York County Red Cross.
Studio E - Studio E provides opportunities for students interested in the performing arts to help with school productions and engage in other arts activities, such as trips to local theaters.
Tabletop Gaming Club -The Fort Mill High Tabletop Gaming Club is designed to provide an opportunity for students to get together and play their old favorite games, learn new games, teach games to interested parties, and enjoy the company of like-minded students in a safe environment, building a community that enjoys games and promotes complex thinking. One goal is to promote interest in Tabletop Gaming and the benefits to critical thinking, creativity, math and reading skills, and social skills. We would also like to provide opportunities during the year (family game nights) for the larger community to play in organized events and foster a stronger sense of family and community, minus electronics.
Writer's Club - Writers’ Club offers students who love to write an opportunity to share their writing with other aspiring writers. The group offers feedback and encouragement in a constructive atmosphere.
Yellow Jacket Book Club - The Book Club offers students who enjoy reading an opportunity to read and discuss works chosen by YOU in a friendly and open environment.
Yellow Jacket Art Club - Art Club allows students to work on various artistic projects as a group. Students also assist with community art projects and art displays throughout the year.
Student Council - Student Council helps to share ideas, interest, and concerns with students teachers and principals at FMHS.
