The Buzz- The Buzz TV is a nationally ranked weekly television show written, filmed, edited, and produced by the very talented students in the FMHS Television Production Program. Each 15-20 minute show focuses on student centered events including sports, clubs and activities as well as community news. The Buzz is aired every Friday to students as well as several times a day on both the Fort Mill and Tega Cay cable access channels and the staff takes great pride in providing quality programming to the entire community while continuing to infuse an element of fun that should come with a high school show! Along with the show, students also produce live-streams for sporting events and graduation, as well as provide videography and editing services for a variety of events in the school, the district and the community. Now in its 9th year of production, The Buzz TV is a proud partner with the PBS Student Reporting Labs program, has been awarded 2 National Championships for Anchor Team, 5 student Emmy® Awards and is ranked as one of the top three student broadcasts in the Southeast Region.

The Loudspeaker - The Loudspeaker is a student-created newspaper publication that is printed monthly.  All articles and layout designs are created by the students in a mock newsroom setting. The Loudspeaker has been a part of Fort Mill High School for more than 50 years.
