The Fort Mill High School Prom will be held Saturday, April 18th from 6:30 to 10:30 at the River Place, located in Regent Park.  Prom tickets will be available for sale in February ($30) and March ($40).  Outside guest forms are available in the front office or from Ms. Kinard (B-110). This year, tickets will be sold through the Go Fan app.  Please follow these instructions for purchase:

If you are a(n) …

•       Junior or Senior at FMHS: Use the GoFan App and the last six digits of your student number as your “Promo Code”. 

•       Freshman or Sophomore at FMHS, going as the guest of a Junior or Senior: You and the Junior/Senior you are attending with should see Ms. Kinard (B110) during FLEX in February or March to receive your unique “Promo Code” and purchase ticket on GoFan.

•       Outside Guest: The FMHS Junior or Senior should complete the Outside Guest Approval Form.  Once your guest is approved, you will receive a unique “Promo Code” and the ticket can be purchased on GoFan.

Tickets are non-transferable to other students.  If you have any questions, please see Ms. Kinard in B-110.


Students, please remember that the Learning Commons and R-wing library are for independent and small group work only during FLEX.  Students who wish to chat, play games, or hang out with friends should choose teacher classrooms or the Commons.



Concert Choir will be selling Domino's PIZZA during both lunches on Friday, January. 31.   Please bring cash if you wish to purchase a whole pizza ($10) or slices ($2/slice).   Cheese and Pepperoni will be available.


FCA continues Bring a Friend month!  Mrs. Priddy will be speaking, so you don’t want to miss out!  See you Tuesday at 8:00 in the Auditorium!


The Culinary Arts Club meeting will be Feb. 7th from  4:00 to 5:00.


Youth 4 Abolition will have an interest meeting next Wednesday, January 29 in C109 after school.


Crew applications for Matilda are now available on the Studio E website!  Everyone is welcome to apply!  See fmstudioe.weebly.com for more info! 


Yellow Jacket Book Club will meet on Monday, February 10 at 3:45 in the Main Library.  The topic will be diverse authors and characters.  Stop by the Main Library to choose from our display.


Yellow Jacket Art Club will meet Monday February 3rd in E123, from 345 – 5pm.


The next Anime Club meeting is scheduled for Friday, January 31st. The meeting will be held in room G105. If you have an interest in Anime the ANIME CLUB NEEDS YOU!  We are looking to do new things this year and want you to be a part of it. Please mark your calendar now to plan to attend the next meeting of the Anime Club - Friday, January 31st @ 3:50 – 5:00 in room G105. Come join the fun! Hope to see you there. NOTE: Please make sure to arrange your ride to pick you up at 5:00 pm.


The Speech and Debate Club meets Mondays at 3:45 in Mr. Reeves’ room C201.


The Campus Connect Club meets Wednesdays at 8 am in Mr. Reeves’ room C201.


IGP appointments are now open for Sophomore students. Please visit the Guidance website under Sophomore Information for more details and to schedule your appointment. IGP conferences happen only once a year, so you don’t want to miss this informative meeting! Any appointment not scheduled by a parent will be assigned a time by your counselor. We look forward to meeting with you and your student!


Those interested in TRACK need to attend a meeting during the first part of flex on Tuesday Jan 28 in B114


Softball tryouts will start on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 at 4:00 on the Fort Mill High School softball field. Any female student that is interested should be there. Dress appropriately for the weather in softball attire.


Spring Sports Tryouts begin Monday, February 3rd.  Make sure your PlanetHS account is updated with a current physical dated April 1, 2019 or after.  See Mrs. Woodson with any questions.
